I waited a long time to get this one, and boy was it good. You meet Ava Blue and I found myself instantly like her. You meet her when she's been burried alive and someone diggs her up. Chance, he's a hottie and Ava's human vamp guide. You can't help but wonder if there is something going on between Chance and Ava. The book is all about secrets and the mission of Ava to become human again. You see. she is half vampire. I loved this book, the struggle Ava has, the tension between Chance and Ava, the secrets Chance has. The characters are well writing and the action is just where it's supposed to be, as for the love building. Also it is a very original vampire story, so it was really refreshing! You just want to know it all en I found myself reading and reading. The ending left me needing to know what happens next, can't wait for the next book! This is really a must read.
